Have you ever been guilty of watching Netflix instead of practicing guitar?

I know I have…

It’s easy to collapse onto the sofa… turn on the TV… and binge watch my favourite shows...

But deep down I know I should pick up my guitar and practice.

I try to justify it all by saying...

“I just want to relax”

“I’ve worked hard today, I deserve a break”

But as I gaze over at my guitar... it feels like I'm neglecting a puppy... and a flood of guilt washes through me.

How to Use Netflix to Improve Your Guitar Playing

Maybe you can relate to this? Or maybe you have stronger will power than me...

Either way... you don’t have to choose between Netflix or the guitar.

There’s a little way you can practice guitar AND binge watch TV shows.

It’s simple but it might take a bit of will power to begin with...

Here it is...

Every time you finish an episode… practice for five minutes.

“That’s it?!!!”

Yep. That’s it...

It’s nothing fancy. It doesn’t need to be...

But it works like magic. (Especially if you’re struggling to find time to pick up the guitar.)

So what are you waiting for... give it a try 🙂

I’m curious to hear what you think about it. (If there are any TV shows you recommend... I’m all ears!)

P.S. If you're not sure how or what to practice, check out Darryl's video below, and get in touch by clicking the orange button to find out more about how we can help you!
